The big eye catcher is the outdoor terrace, which is directly integrated with the interior due to the fully opening windows. Beautifully furnished with nice lounge sofas, dining table and BBQ. Together with the proximity to the sea, this vibe constantly brings you in a holiday mood. Quite often you can even see dolphins swim and play just in front of the house.

The whole house is air-conditioned, as are the three bedrooms, which are equipped with comfortable beds and nice bed linen.

 

This house is situated on a prime location in Manilva, from your terrace and inside the house you have breathtaking views of the beach, the Mediterranean and the entire coastline from Marbella to Gibraltar. From here you also have access to the large communal pool, tennis court, basketball court, gardens and the beach. On the beach you will find several chiringuitos where you can enjoy typical Spanish specialties and delicious cocktails.

 

A short walk away you are in La Duquesa, a marina surrounded by stores, bars and restaurants. It is only a five-minute drive to Sotogrande, the Venice of the Costa del Sol', and a 10-minute drive to Estepona. There is no need for parking stress when you come back as your private parking space is waiting for you.
